1. 30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date your order is marked as delivered.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • All original tags must be attached

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Returns requested after 30 days of delivery will not be accepted.


2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Worn or washed items

  • Items without tags

  • Final sale or clearance items (if marked as such)

  • Gift cards (if applicable)

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return conditions.


3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at support@fashiondressmmhh.com

  2. Include:

    • Your full name

    • Order number

    • Reason for return

    • Photos (if item is damaged or incorrect)

Our support team will respond within 24–48 business hours with return instructions.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.


4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

  • A damaged item

  • A defective product

  • The wrong item

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

You must provide:

  • Clear photos of the item

  • Photos of the packaging

  • Your order number

If approved, we will:

  • Send a replacement at no cost, or

  • Issue a full refund

We cover return shipping costs for verified damaged or incorrect items.


5. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, wrong item), we cover return shipping.

  • If the return is due to customer preference (size, style change, no longer needed), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.


6. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • You will receive a confirmation email.

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Refund timeline:

  • Processing time: 3–5 business days after inspection

  • Bank processing time: 5–10 business days (depending on your bank)

If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you have not received your refund, please contact us.


7. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size or item:

  1. Return the original item (if eligible)

  2. Place a new order separately

This ensures faster processing and availability.


8. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

After 12 hours, cancellation is not guaranteed as orders may already be processed or shipped.

If your order has shipped, you must follow the return process.


9. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund:

  • Check your bank account again

  • Contact your credit card company

  • Contact your bank
